Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Coming Events

Footy Colours Day

Date: Friday 25th September

Students are asked to come to school dressed in their favourite footy or sporting team colours and bring a gold coin donation. The money we raise will assist in funding Fight Cancer Foundation's education support programs, which operate in major paediatric hospitals across the country. They ensure no child falls behind or disengages from school as a result of their cancer diagnosis. We appreciate your support for this special day.

Swimming Carnival

Our annual swimming carnival is an exciting event that brings students together to celebrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and aquatic skills. It’s a fun-filled day where students compete, cheer, and enjoy the spirit of friendly competition.

Harmony Day

We celebrate Harmony Day by wearing orange and cultural colours, coming together to recognise and embrace the rich diversity within our school community.

Our ANZAC assembly is always a special occasion to remember and acknowledge our servicemen and servicewomen

Marching on ANZAC Day is always a highlight on our calendar.

Easter Tabloids and Family Picnic

Our annual Easter Family and Friends Fun Day is always a enjoyable day with lots of Easter themed sporting activities and of fun. It is always great to have our family and friends visit.

Narrabri Show Excursion

Visiting the Narrabri Show as part of their Education School Day is always a fun excursion.

Infants Cross Country

Our Infants enthusiastically participated in the cross country, delighting in the obstacle course and celebrating their achievements together.

Cross Country

Each year, our students look forward to participating in our annual Cross Country event, where they challenge themselves and cheer on their classmates on. A shield is awarded to the champion house.

Book Week

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students enjoy coming to school dressed as their favourite book character.

Public Education Week

During Education Week, we proudly celebrate our school’s achievements, recognising the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and community.

Athletics Carnival

Our yearly athletics carnival is a thrilling occasion that brings students together to showcase teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical skills. It’s an energetic day filled with competitions, cheering, and a shared enthusiasm for friendly rivalry.

Narrabri Arts Eisteddfod

Every student from Kindergarten to Year 6 had the opportunity to attend the Narrabri Arts Eisteddfod. Everyone performed beautifully, entering in music, dance and speech and drama.
